As a dedicated philanthropist, he has funded the education of many scholars in China who will play a part in the country's development.

Singapore’s music icon is a bilingual and bicultural role model for the young. Her stunning success has lifted the image of Singapore in Greater China. As Mercy Relief’s first Goodwill Ambassador, she helped raise funds for victims of the 2008 Sichuan earthquake and showed that caring goes beyond borders.
